About Contrans Truck Technology

Launched in August 2021, the SFI / Contrans Truck Tech team focuses on enhancing the use of our in-cab technology, making life easier for drivers. Our mission is to reduce driver stress and empower them with tools to use the latest technology efficiently and confidently.

What You'll Do

As a Level 1 Support Clerk, you’ll be a key part of the team, providing essential support to drivers and keeping our technology running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting drivers with ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems.
• Reporting any potential infractions to the safety department.
• Performing additional tasks as needed.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a proactive team player with:

• Commercial driving experience is a bonus!
• A basic understanding of current ELD systems.
• A desire to assist the driving population with use of in-cab electronics.
• Familiarity with in-cab telematics (Platform Science/Instinct, Samsara, Isaac or Motive) is a strong asset.
• General experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.
