Senior Graphic Designer
Vish
Salon software has a look. You know the one. Stock photo of a woman mid-blow-dry, a blue gradient, a headline that says "streamline your workflow." We would rather eat glass.
About Vish
Vish is the color management platform that turns a salon from a cost center into a profit center. We're the system the biggest salons in North America run on, we work with names like L'Oréal, Redken, Moroccanoil and SalonCentric, and we refuse to look like a spreadsheet with feelings. We look like a brand people actually want to follow. That is a deliberate choice, and we need someone to keep making it, every day, at a very high level.
That someone is you.
About The Role
You own how Vish looks and how Vish moves. Every campaign, every deck that walks into an enterprise room, every ad in someone's feed, every frame of motion. If it carries the brand, it carries your fingerprints.
You'll art direct your own work and hold the line on craft while the rest of us are moving fast. You'll make things that look expensive on a startup timeline. And you'll do it with a point of view, never a template.
Where You Fit
You'll report to our VP of Marketing and work shoulder to shoulder with our UI/UX designer, our content team, and the wider marketing crew.
This is a Senior Graphic Designer seat with genuine creative-leadership runway built in. If you're the kind of designer who's hungry to grow into that vision, this is a good place to do it.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day look of the brand across campaigns, social, paid, web, decks, events and product marketing.
- Design and animate. Motion isn't a nice-to-have here. Social cutdowns, logo moments, product reveals, the scroll-stopping stuff.
- Build and maintain web pages we're proud of in Webflow or WordPress, plus whatever's next.
- Art direct shoots, campaigns and brand moments at the execution level.
- Keep the brand consistent, elevated and unmistakably Vish as we scale.
- Move fast. A sharp lo-fi thing shipped today beats a perfect thing next week, and we mean that.
Requirements
- You've got roughly five or more years designing, ideally some of it agency-side. Agency people know pressure, pace and range, and we like that.
- A strong portfolio with real range across brand, motion and web, and the experience to match.
- You live in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and you genuinely animate in After Effects.
- You can build or seriously maintain a website in Webflow or WordPress
- You have a B2C edge. You'd rather your work look like a beauty brand than a SaaS dashboard.
- You know what's good, what's next, and what's already tired, and you drag the rest of us toward the edge.
- You can be trusted to run with a brief and come back with something we didn't ask for but immediately want. No hand-holding, no helicopter required.
