About the Role

As a Field Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping our mobile veterinary services running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from medication delivery and inventory management to field team support and community outreach. This is a hands-on, active role perfect for someone who loves variety, animals, and connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Field Support

• Deliver medications and pet care products to clients
• Assist the veterinary team during house calls, including helping to safely restrain animals
• Maintain a clean, organized mobile field kit and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked

Inventory Management

• Track and manage inventory of medications and supplies
• Pack and restock kits for field use
• Reorder supplies and maintain organization in storage areas

Promotional Activities & Community Engagement

• Attend local events, set up booths, and represent our brand
• Distribute flyers, postcards, and other promotional materials
• Volunteer periodically at rescue shelters or humane societies to support outreach and build relationships

Content Creation & Brand Support

• Create social media content featuring your own pets or your volunteer experiences
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments from the field (with client consent)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creative ideas and campaigns

You Are

- Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and social media

- Experienced with or enthusiastic about working with animals

- Friendly, dependable, and highly organized

Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and working on the move

- A safe driver with a valid G-Class license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

- Excited about being part of a mission-driven, pet-loving team
