About The Role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our creative team. This full-time role is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of Sentaler across digital platforms, social media, and print. The ideal candidate will possess a refined aesthetic sense aligned with luxury branding, exceptional technical skills in design and content creation, and the ability to translate brand storytelling into compelling visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with the Art & Content Director to develop innovative content, maintain brand consistency, and elevate the visual experience for our global audience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital or ecommerce design, or visual content creation within a consumer brand or agency setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Hands-on experience in retouching product and ecommerce imagery to a luxury standard
  • Experience managing a brand’s social media feed and creating content tailored to various platforms
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain visual accuracy across assets
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Organizational skills related to asset management and file system organization

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print assets for social media, website, CRM, paid media, lookbooks, invitations, and campaigns
  • Create banners, layouts, and landing-page visuals for digital channels to enhance user engagement
  • Develop presentation decks, internal creative materials, and seasonal launch assets that align with brand standards
  • Incorporate AI-assisted tools to generate supporting visuals and enhance creative output where appropriate
  • Retouch ecommerce and marketing imagery in-house, ensuring images are refined, natural, and true to the brand’s aesthetic
  • Ensure product color, texture, and proportion are consistent and accurate across all visual assets
  • Crop, format, and prepare imagery for product pages and other digital platforms
  • Oversee final exports and ensure delivery of production-ready files for various uses
  • Manage social media content, including concept development, creation, scheduling, and publishing
  • Develop original content across formats—static images, graphics, and short-form videos—tailored to each platform
  • Plan and maintain the social content calendar to ensure a consistent brand voice and posting cadence
  • Collaborate with the Art & Content Director on copy direction and tone of voice for social and digital content
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs in a manner consistent with brand voice
  • Other duties as assigned to support the creative and marketing teams
