Designer - Revit Focus (Bilingual)

We're looking for a design-first Architectural Designer, someone as comfortable developing a concept as producing a full construction document set in Revit.

About the role: You'll own projects from schematic design through construction administration, working closely with our Team Lead and Project Architects. Adaptive reuse, mass timber, mixed-use, we build things with character, not cookie-cutter commercial work.

• You bring: 3–5 years progressive experience in architecture, arch tech, or interior design
• Revit proficiency with a portfolio showing both technical rigor and design sensitivity
• Strong grounding in construction methods and building assemblies

• Confident communicator with clients and consultants

• Bilingual FR/EN, BCIN/OAA/RAIC path, and SketchUp/Enscape are strong assets.
