We are currently hiring Registered Psychologists, Registered Social Workers (MSW), and Certified Canadian Counsellors. Special considerations will be given to those who have specialized skill sets such as play therapy training, experience working with children under the age of 10 years old, ability to conduct Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments, or are a NIHB approved practitioner. Additional consideration to those who can offer evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Provide ethical, trauma-informed therapy and/or assessment services within your scope of competence
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client's goals, strengths, and needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
- Adhere to the standards of practice, code of ethics, and legislation governing your profession
- Engage in ongoing consultation, supervision (where applicable), and professional development
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative clinic culture.
- Manage your schedule professionally, including maintaining communication with clients and supporting continuity of care.
Qualifications
Applicants should:
- Have a minimum of two years experience as a counsellor/therapist, with preference given to those with recent experience in a private practice setting
- Be registered with their applicable regulatory body in Saskatchewan
- Hold a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counselling, or a related discipline appropriate for independent practice
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Be committed to providing culturally responsive, inclusive, and client-centered care
- Demonstrate sound ethical judgment and a commitment to practicing within their areas of competence
- Be committed to ongoing learning and professional growth
