The salary for this position is at $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role. Now, If You Were To Come On Board As Our Retail Manager, Remote Camp, We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us
- Participate in all phases of operation planning and expenditures, budgeting, costing and sales reporting.
- Accountable for marketing, staffing, scheduling, client and customer relationship building.
- Collaborate with corporate Retail Sales & Marketing and Purchasing department.
- Ensure strict compliance with Compass’ Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Program, Occupational Health and Safety Act and WHMIS regulations.
- Coordinate frequent workplace inspections and WHMIS training and report any workplace accident or incident.

- Post-secondary education with at least 3 years of related management experience in food and beverage in a multi-unit, multi-faceted environment (preferably catering) or equivalent experience.
- Proven financial management skills, including the ability to control product and labour costs as well as administrative skills.
- Strong motivator, mentor and leader.
- Detail-oriented individual and a strong team player.
- Capable of thinking on your feet as well as multi-tasking.
- Superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with various remote clientele.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills.
- Accommodate a flexible work schedule.
- Extensive experience working within a health and safety work environment.
