About the Role

Tykans Group is a boutique Genesys Cloud partner. We design, build, and deploy contact centre solutions for large-market and enterprise clients, and we develop our own products that integrate seamlessly with the Genesys platform.

We are looking for a passionate Genesys Cloud CX Developer who is ready to do deep, rewarding work. You will build and configure Genesys Architect flows, lead complex integrations, and drive migrations that create real impact for the clients you serve. What You'll Do

  • Design and develop Voice, Chat, Email, SMS, and Digital routing solutions using Genesys Cloud Architect.
  • Build and support IVRs, Bot Flows, Data Actions, and API integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize contact center performance, routing, and telephony issues.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, Genesys Architect, Applications, and connectors with external platforms.
  • Participate in contact center migrations and transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Document solutions and mentor junior team members.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on Genesys Cloud CX experience.
  • Strong Architect and routing design expertise.
  • Experience with Data Actions, APIs, and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Genesys Cloud Architect, JSON, Genesys API Developer Studio, and SQL.
  • Experience with Omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

  • Genesys Cloud Certifications
  • Bot Flows and Conversational AI
  • Open Messaging
  • Predictive Engagement
  • Azure AI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI platforms
  • Knowledge of .NET, Python and Azure Cloud
  • Contact center migration experience

Compensation and Available Positions

  • Compensation: $99,997 – $129,997 CAD annually (depending on experience and qualifications)
  • Positions Available: 1–2
