We are seeking experienced career transition professionals to support employees through organizational change across a range of leadership levels.

The ideal individual or organization will have proven experience delivering personalized career transition and outplacement services for:

  • Executive leadership.
  • People leaders, including managers and directors.
  • Individual contributors.

Desired Experience.

  • Minimum of five years of experience delivering career transition or outplacement services.
  • Demonstrated success supporting executive leaders, managers, and individual contributors through career transitions.
  • Experience supporting organizational restructuring, workforce reductions, or large-scale organizational change.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Professional certification in coaching, career development, counselling, human resources, or a related discipline is an asset.
