Project Manager

Codentrel is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of IT, telecom, and AI implementation projects. This role requires excellent leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Manage risks, issues, and changes proactively to minimize impact
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements
• Communicate project progress, status, and risks to senior management and clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and guide junior project team members

Requirements

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or telecom
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification strongly preferred

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects from initiation to closure
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Work Conditions

• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional travel to client sites or events
• Evening or weekend work may be required for key deliverables
