Codentrel, a leading provider of IT, telecom, and AI-driven solutions, is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential for creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff or meeting room
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating appointments
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations
  • Provide basic information about Codentrel's services to visitors and callers

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College diploma in Office Administration is an asset)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role

Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, and phone systems
  • Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures

Work Conditions

  • Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional flexibility for special events or meetings
  • Primarily office-based role in Mississauga
