Sales Representative

We’re currently hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves customer interaction, enjoys sales, and wants to build a long-term career with a company known for excellence, teamwork, and advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule appointments for estimates and actively follow up on inbound leads
• Develop sales opportunities and confidently close sales
• Build strong rapport with customers via phone, email, and web chat
• Make outbound calls to generate and develop new leads
• Learn our full range of services to confidently answer customer questions
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and service options
• Accurately document customer interactions using company software
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in electrical and or solar work is preferred
• Previous sales experience (2 years preferred)
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
• Strong computer skills with fast and accurate typing
• Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• Commission-based supplemental pay

Pay: CA$55,000.00 - CA$70,000.00 per year depending on work experience, skills, and knowledge
