About the Role
Our Logistics Coordinator Development Program is designed for recent graduates and early career professionals looking to build a long-term career in logistics, transportation and supply chain operations.
Through structured training and hands on mentorship, you'll learn every aspect of freight coordination while working alongside experienced Operations and Sales professionals. This program provides the knowledge, tools, and support needed to build a successful career in the logistics industry.
What You'll Learn to Do
- Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup through delivery
- Track and monitor shipments while communicating updates to customers and carriers
- Develop carrier and customer communication skills
- Resolve transportation challenges with the support of experienced mentors
- Work within Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and internal operating systems
- Support daily logistics operations and shipment execution
- Build the skills needed to manage freight independently
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early career professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Coachable with a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor's degree is an asset but not required
- Customer service, operations, sales support, or logistics experience is an asset but not required
- Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn Transportation Management Systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Compensation
- Starting base at $50,000 annually
- Performance and development-based salary increase
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Work Location: In Person, Montreal Headquarters (Kirkland, Qc)
