Oakville Toyota is looking for a Parts Driver to join one of our teams in Oakville. Oakville Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As a Parts Driver, you’ll play an important role in keeping our Parts Department running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for safely picking up and delivering automotive parts and equipment to customers, wholesale accounts, and vendors, while providing excellent customer service.
You’ll also help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure payments are collected and matched with invoices upon delivery.
Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour.

What You'll Do
- Greets all customers promptly on the telephone.
- Delivers parts to the shop when needed and distributes to the appropriate technician.
- Prepare shipping documents.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts, and informs customers about the product line.
- Determines availability on items and submit orders.
- Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Retrieves parts purchased from stock.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Assists with shipping/receiving when necessary.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Previous parts experience is considered an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities using good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
