- What You’ll Do:
- Assist in leading daily activities, events, and enrichment programs
- Encourage and support resident participation
- Help prepare activity calendars and newsletters
- Escort residents to and from programs as needed
- Maintain organized activity spaces and supplies
- Support volunteer engagement and community partnerships
- Document participation per regulatory guidelines
- Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately You help create meaningful experiences that enhance resident well-being and strengthen community connections. What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead small group activities
- Valid driver’s license (as applicable)

Pay Range
19.98 - 21.15
