Warehouse Associate (full time)

The Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for inventory and asset management, related equipment maintenance, customer service duties as assigned.

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will clean and maintain medical equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for use
  • Pick orders and handle shipping and receiving activities efficiently to meet customer needs
  • In this role, you will perform customer service duties, including processing walk-in and phone orders and assisting with showroom inquiries
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers by phone and email to uphold strong relationships
  • You will complete administrative tasks such as sorting, filing, and maintaining accurate inventory and asset records
  • Uphold Linde safety, inventory management, and related policies and procedures to guarantee a secure work environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, including sweeping, mopping spills, restocking washrooms, cleaning shelves, keeping walkways clear, and breaking down boxes for recycling
  • Also, you will support asset management by managing customer-owned equipment and participating in bi-annual physical inventories

What makes you great*

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid educational foundation
  • Demonstrate a minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a customer service environment, ensuring familiarity with customer interactions
  • Inventory management experience is considered an asset, enhancing your ability to handle warehouse operations effectively
  • Good organizational skills enable efficient management of tasks and inventory

This is an existing position with a starting salary of $51,000/year.
