About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and human-centered domains — management.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your academic knowledge and real-world insight make a measurable difference in cutting-edge AI development.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
  • Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive design, and organizational structure
  • Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic conclusions
  • Provide structured, expert feedback to strengthen AI managerial reasoning
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
  • Strong grounding in organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
  • Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying reasoning gaps
  • Comfortable reviewing written scenarios, recommendations, and analyses
  • Self-directed and reliable when working on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

  • MBA or Master's degree in Management or a related field
  • Industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
  • Familiarity with AI systems or content evaluation workflows
