The Administrative Assistant will be the main point of contact for Windsor’s reception and will
support administrative tasks. This role will also provide support to operations for schedule
maintenance and time and attendance tracking for production schedule.
What you will be responsible for:
- Represents AAR Windsor as the Receptionist in a professional and friendly manner
- Support and manage team attendance, the schedules and paid time-off for employees
including making the required adjustments to computer systems and Excel files
- Working with Production management to provide administrative support as required
- Manage office supply inventory and purchase as required
- Facility Key Management and distribution
- Complete bi-weekly contract hours report within established timeframes
- Provide administrative support to Windsor management team such as mail, phone
listing, logbooks
- Support GSE, SMS and other departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain myBoeingFleet/Airbus World and communicate to staff as needed
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- First point of contact for the market vendor contract
- Overall management of the production schedule
- Help maintain an apprentice progression database
- Support new hire inductions
- Actively participate in AAR Windsor’s Safety Management System (SMS) including
reporting safety hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understands and
promotes the company safety Policy.

What you will need to be successful in this role:
- High School Diploma
- Additional diploma or degree in a related field considered an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Aviation knowledge an asset
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
- Ability to adapt quickly to new software and company systems
- Excellent attention to detail

The anticipated salary range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 hourly. This range reflects the
base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education,
and location.
