- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand industrial tooling, bolting, torque, and related applications, and to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Proven experience in B2B technical or industrial sales, account management, or field sales within sectors such as oil and gas, power generation, mining, construction, or manufacturing.
- Demonstrated skills in relationship building, consultative selling, opportunity qualification, and closing, with a focus on long-term customer partnerships.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize accounts, and use CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and results.
- Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal), including the ability to deliver presentations, conduct product training, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Comfort working remotely and independently, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as business needs require.
- Post-secondary education in engineering, technical trades, business, or a related field is an asset; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
