Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + Commission (based on experience)

Our client is seeking a professional Sales Engineer to grow the Kingston to Ottawa territory. If you have experience in HVAC sales, applications engineering, or mechanical engineering, along with a strong understanding of hydronic systems, boilers, pumps, and commercial HVAC, you'll have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor to contractors, consulting engineers, wholesalers, and end users while growing a successful territory.

This is a remote opportunity offering the autonomy to manage your own territory while being backed by a collaborative team and an industry leading product portfolio.

What You'll Do

- Develop and grow relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, wholesalers, and commercial end users.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the Kingston to Ottawa territory.

- Provide technical consultation and recommend hydronic and HVAC solutions based on customer requirements.

- Support equipment selection, quotations, specifications, and project opportunities.

- Deliver product presentations, technical training sessions, and Lunch & Learns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer service.

- Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging HVAC technologies.

What We Are Looking For?

- 5+ years of experience in HVAC technical sales, outside sales, applications engineering, or sales engineering.

- Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems, boilers, pumps, heat exchangers, refrigeration, and commercial HVAC equipment.

- Mechanical Engineering degree, Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent hands on HVAC technical experience is considered a strong asset.

- Experience working with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, distributors, or design build firms.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.

- Self motivated with the ability to manage an established territory independently.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the Kingston to Ottawa region.
