Reporting to the Director, Catering Operations and Aircraft Appearance, the Coordinator, Cabin Provisioning Cost is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely execution of payments while prioritizing cost-saving opportunities such as early payment discounts. They maintain detailed financial records, perform reconciliations, and support accounts payable activities, including assisting with vendor statement reviews and resolving discrepancies.
Direct Accountabilities
- Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation
- Validate accuracy of invoices to contracted rates
- Ensure billing reflects services actually received
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong supplier relationships
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
- Support with forecasting and budgeting activities as required
- Assist the Coordinator, Systems with Limeflight related activities as required
Key Deliverables Include
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments with minimal errors
- Clean and reconciled accounts payable ledger at month-end close
Experience And Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams
- Proficient in PC based applications including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
