Service Coordinator New Homes-Low Rise East Gwillimbury 70-75K

Our client, a premium home builder with many Master Planned communities to their credit, requires a Service Coordinator. This role is fully on-site in East Gwillimbury, as you will be part of a team supporting home buyers post-occupancy. This is a vacant position.

Responsibilities to include

• Schedule trades and service appointments for purchasers to ensure warranty work orders are completed
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails and maintain the customer care calendar
• Liaise with all departments to track completion of deficiencies, and follow up on work orders with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Experience Required

• Knowledge in the new home construction industry or residential related construction services as it relates to warranty regulations
• 3 years minimum of client-facing customer service with professionalism and clear communication, preferably with a reputable residential builder
