Responsibilities
- Lead IBM i/AS400 development and support initiatives.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and enhance RPG/RPGLE-based applications.
- Perform impact analysis, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Guide development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with Business, QA, Operations, and cross-functional teams.

RDi, VS Code, GitHub Copilot, Implementer (MKS), Hawkeye, PKENCRYPT/PKZIP
