Wild Folk is a Calgary-based botanical cocktail brand specializing in handcrafted, non-alcoholic beverages made from all-natural herbs, botanicals, and citrus rinds. We’re hiring a Fractional Brand & Growth Manager to help shape the next stage of Wild Folk.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, marketing execution, and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for building awareness, driving customer acquisition, and turning creative ideas into measurable results. A creative with a design eye....a roll-your-sleeves-up, enthusiastic and energetic person who wants to be part of a small business.
What you’ll own:
Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all channels
Design and execute growth campaigns (digital, retail, partnerships, experiential)
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
Oversee content direction for social, email, and paid media
Identify and test new growth channels and market opportunities
Work closely with sales and operations to translate brand into revenue
What we’re looking for:
Experience in brand marketing, growth marketing, and consumer packaged goods
Strong understanding of digital acquisition and performance marketing
Creative thinker who can also execute and measure results
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, resourceful environment
Strong communication and project leadership skills
Hands-on execution, not just strategy
This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the ability to directly shape how a brand shows up in market and scales.
