About The Role
Nutra Holdings is looking for a Reporting & Consolidation Manager to join our finance team and report directly to the CFO.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building processes, and turning information into meaningful reporting. You'll be responsible for consolidated reporting across a multi-entity group of companies, managing treasury reporting and cash forecasting, and ensuring leadership has timely, accurate financial information to support decision-making.

Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for the group, including management reporting packages
- Prepare financial statements for parent, management and family office entities
- Coordinate month-end close activities across multiple entities and controllers
- Manage transfer pricing, intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for the executive team
- Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and scalable
Treasury & Cash Management
- Prepare and maintain daily cash reporting across all group bank accounts
- Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts and liquidity reporting
- Support banking relationships and debt reporting requirements
- Assist with covenant reporting and financing-related deliverables
Process Improvement
- Improve reporting processes, controls, and data quality
- Help build scalable reporting tools and dashboards
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
- Support finance transformation initiatives and special projects
What We’re Looking For
- CPA designation required
- 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
- Strong understanding of month-end close, intercompany accounting, and financial statement preparation
- Experience with cash forecasting and treasury reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems aptitude
- Experience in multi-entity, high-growth, or e-commerce environments is considered an asset
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
