Staybridge Suites London by IHG is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property in London, Ontario, Canada, and drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, team development, and financial performance.

Key Qualifications

• Previous experience with IHG, Marriott, or another major hotel brand is required.

• Minimum 3–10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including prior General Manager or senior hotel management experience.

• Proven track record of delivering strong operational and financial results.

• Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
