The Harm Reduction Program has an exciting Administrative Services Supervisor opportunity to join their team in Vernon, B.C. This is a casual position with potential Monday to Friday day shifts from 08:30 to 16:30.

Your Role

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide confidential administrative support to senior Population Health leadership and programs. You will coordinate a variety of functions including scheduling, correspondence, payroll support, data management, and responding to inquiries, while serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will maintain databases, prepare reports and statistical information, support contract administration, and assist with financial tracking and monitoring expenditures. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure the efficient delivery of administrative services and support ongoing program and operational excellence.

What should your application include?

  • Grade 12
  • Graduation from a recognized Office Administration Certificate Program, Plus
  • Completion of a typing test at 40 wpm dated within the past 24 months and must be issued from a recognized institution only. (NON-SUPERVISED TESTS NOT ACCEPTED)
  • Current valid BC Driver’s License
  • Your resume outlining Three (3) years related administrative experience Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • A Cover Letter stating your availability to start in a new position.
