We are excited to announce opportunities for both Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Associates at our Place Ste-Foy location. If you’re passionate about beauty, customer experience, and Asian pop culture—this is your moment.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you are the heart of the in-store experience. You will bring energy, product knowledge, and personalized service to every customer interaction.

You will:

• Greet every customer warmly and create a fun, welcoming shopping experience
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend personalized product solutions
• Share your knowledge of current promotions, trending products, and new arrivals
• Support smooth checkout experiences using our POS system and Loyalty Rewards Program
• Build genuine customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty
• Support inventory management including receiving, unpacking, stocking, and organization
• Ensure products are correctly labeled, priced, and beautifully displayed according to store standards
• Assist with stock counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment
• Assist with store opening, setup, and daily operational tasks
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced retail environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is an asset
• Passion for Asian beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends (K-beauty, J-beauty, and more!)
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic personality
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling basic cash and inventory math
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
• Comfortable using ladders/step stools for stocking and merchandising
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment (lighting, noise, temperature variations)
