What We Require

• 5+ years of experience on commercial electrical projects ranging from $250K to $5M
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively
• Valid driver’s license
• A strong work ethic—driven, safety-minded, dependable, and straightforward
• A genuine interest in mentoring and developing apprentices and journeypersons
• Strong problem-solving abilities, great organization, and attention to detail
• Fire alarm systems
• Conduit installation
• Power distribution
• Lighting systems
• Motor controls
