Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Set up spray stations and adjust air/fluid pressures
- Apply finishes using proper technique: distance, overlap, speed, and angle
- Spray 3D items (e.g., posts, hoods, corbels)
- Mix primers (catalyze, reduce, adjust viscosity)
- Inspect and prep surfaces; perform minor repairs
- Perform daily and weekly equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot finish defects and equipment issues
- Track productivity on hour-by-hour boards

Experience
- Experience with spray finishing or industrial painting preferred
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physically able to lift and handle products safely
- Willing to follow safety and PPE guidelines
