We’re looking for someone rare: a person who delivers Four Seasons-level service in-person and genuinely loves connecting with people. As our Weekend Property Experience & Showing Agent, you are the face of Ripple when it matters most. You are the structural bridge between our weekday operations and prospective residents looking for their next home on Saturdays and Sundays.

This is a premium, field-based role where your hospitality skills transform a standard property tour into a memorable experience. Because you represent our brand to the public, impeccable personal presentation, a warm demeanor, and a highly reliable vehicle are absolute non-negotiables.

What You'll Do

In-Person Experience Design

  • Curated Showings: Conduct property showings that feel less like transactions and more like curated, high-end experiences.
  • Genuine Connections: Build authentic rapport with prospective tenants through warmth, professionalism, and attentive service.
  • Wow Moments: Create "wow moments" during leasing interactions—the kind of service you'd expect at Disneyland or a luxury boutique hotel.
  • Concierge Care: Handle property inquiries on-site with concierge-level care, making people feel valued and at home from the moment they step through the door.

Field Operations & Property Readiness

  • Pristine Presentation: Ensure that each property is immaculate, well-lit, and perfectly staged before prospective tenants arrive.
  • Fluid Logistics: Seamlessly navigate your weekend schedule across Calgary using our modern automated showing tools (Showmojo).
  • Property Security: Take absolute ownership of closing down properties—ensuring lights are off, doors are locked, and keys are securely returned to lockboxes.

Hospitality Excellence

  • Proven background in luxury service, hospitality, fine dining, or high-end customer experience roles (like premium retail).
  • Natural ability to build immediate rapport and make people feel genuinely cared for.
  • Professional, warm, and highly articulate communication style.
  • Experience creating memorable service moments, not just processing standard transactions.

Universal Requirements

  • Impeccable Presentation: High standard of professional dress, grooming, and personal presentation that reflects Ripple's 4.7-star brand.
  • Mobile & Equipped: A valid Alberta driver's license and access to a highly reliable personal vehicle are mandatory for traveling efficiently between Calgary property sites.
  • Schedule: Complete and reliable availability for weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays).
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable working with modern smartphone apps, digital lock systems, and CRM tools on the fly.
  • Self-Directed: A strong autonomous work style—you know how to keep things running beautifully without direct oversight.

Strong Bonus Points

  • Previous field experience in real estate, leasing, or residential property operations.
  • Familiarity with Showmojo, HubSpot, or real estate lockbox systems.
  • An active RECA license (Property Management or Residential Real Estate) is an asset, but not required.

Not Required

  • Heavy backend property management or maintenance experience.
  • Marketing or content creation degrees.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $26.00 CAD / hour (dependent on experience).
  • Automobile Allowance: Full mileage reimbursement for all travel between property viewings at the official CRA rate ($0.73/km).
