ROLE OVERVIEW

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, dependable individuals who take pride in their work. This is a part-time, on-site position paying $15.00 – $20.00 per hour with flexible scheduling. Prior cleaning experience is required we need team members who are ready to hit the ground running and deliver Magic Genie's high standards from day one.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform thorough residential and commercial cleaning to Magic Genie's high standards
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, offices, and common areas
• Apply the Magic Genie method let products sit, use clean tools, wipe properly for real results
• Use eco-friendly, client safe cleaning products correctly and responsibly
• Represent Magic Genie Services professionally in every client interaction
• Handle cleaning equipment with care and report any maintenance needs
• Complete jobs efficiently and to the satisfaction of every client
• Communicate clearly and promptly with management and team members

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Punctual, reliable, and honest every single shift
• Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong attention to detail with a genuine pride in quality work
• Able to work independently without supervision and as part of a team
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (standing, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Friendly and professional when interacting with clients on-site
• Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of proper cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols
• Positive attitude and commitment to upholding Magic Genie's standards

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• Part time flexible hours (10–25 hours per week to start)
• Weekday and weekend availability preferred
• Morning and afternoon shifts available
• Hours increase based on performance, reliability, and client demand
• Potential to grow into a full-time permanent position

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Must be located in or have reliable transportation to Regina, Saskatchewan
• Must successfully pass a background check

• Must own or have access to reliable transportation
