Looking for an highly motivated individual to join our team. We are seeking a hard-working,
310T licenced mechanic to work our afternoon shift. We offer a competive wage and benefit package.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing tractor-trailers; braking systems, transmissions, wheels, axles, etc
- Utilizing diagnostics equipment to isolate operating problems and repair faults
- Performing regular fleet maintenance on company trucks
- Keeping the shop clean
- Able to work with little supervision
- Able to follow direction when needed
Criteria/Qualifications
- Valid 310T License / or Registered Apprentice
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and experience with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Strong problem solving skills
- Professional service attitude
- Must own tools
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Safety conscious, ability to work in a safety driven environment
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
- Physically capable
