As Managing Director Hamburg, you run the market: you own the P&L, build and lead the team, and represent neospaces to owners, asset managers, family offices, and expanding brands. You can join us employed or as a freelancer — the mandate is the same: make Hamburg the strongest commercial brokerage operation in the city. Hamburg is one of Germany's most powerful commercial markets: HafenCity and Speicherstadt redefining the waterfront, prime retail on Mönckebergstraße, Jungfernstieg, and the luxury Neuer Wall, office strength in the City and HafenCity, and one of Europe's largest ports driving logistics and light industrial. Responsibilities
- Lead the market: Full operational, strategic, and commercial ownership of neospaces Hamburg.
- Own the numbers: Revenue, profitability, and growth of the location are yours.
- Build and lead the team: Recruit, develop, and manage your local brokerage team.
- Be the brand on the ground: You are the face of neospaces in Hamburg — to owners, family offices, asset managers, developers, and expanding brands.
- Win and close the major mandates personally: Retail (Jungfernstieg, Mönckebergstraße, Neuer Wall), Office (City, HafenCity, City Süd), F&B and Hospitality, Logistics and Light Industrial around the port, Medical.
- Drive performance: Set targets, run the pipeline reviews, hold the team to closing.
- Shape strategy: Feed the group's national roadmap from the front line.
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, including several years in a senior or leadership role
- Proven closing track record and P&L or revenue responsibility
- A strong network in Hamburg — owners, asset managers, family offices, developers
- Deep understanding of the Hamburg market and at least one asset class (Retail, Office, Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare)
- Leadership ability — you can hire, develop, and hold a team to results
- Affinity for technology and data-driven work — you see systems as leverage, not threat
- Open to either an employed or freelance setup — what matters is ownership and results
- Native-level German, business-fluent English
