At Foamers’ Folly Brewing Co., we are passionate about crafting exceptional beer and building authentic relationships in our community. We are transitioning to an in-house sales team which will ensure our retail and hospitality partners get the dedicated, high-quality service they deserve. We need a humble, driven, and knowledgeable brand enthusiast to represent us across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

The Role

You will be the face of Foamers’ Folly for our retail and taphouse partners. Your territory covers most of the Lower Mainland with a heavy focus on our immediate local accounts. The territory will extend from Port Moody to Abbotsford.

You will spend your week on the road visiting stores, managing accounts, dropping off the occasional order, and pouring our beer at occasional tastings and weekend festivals.

What You’ll Do

Territory Sales: Act as the primary point of contact for accounts in your territory. Build new relationships with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.

Account Management & Admin: Input orders accurately, maintain organized notes on every account, and coordinate with our team.

Tastings & Festivals: Represent the brewery at weekend beer festivals and conduct in-store tastings to drive brand awareness.

Local Deliveries: While we primarily use a third party for deliveries, you will take the initiative to deliver orders locally when it makes operational and financial sense.

Who You Are

Highly Professional: Your written and verbal communication is polished, prompt, and organized.

A Flavour Enthusiast: You have a background in sales (Craft Beer experience is highly preferred, followed by general alcohol/beverage sales). You have a refined palate and can speak enthusiastically about beer and flavours.

Humble Yet Persistent: You focus on positives and finding solutions for how to improve the customer experience. If faced with negativity, you persist to find a positive solution.

Responsible: You demonstrate excellent judgment and responsibility when working around alcohol.

Heavy Lifter: Both literally and figuratively… You can safely and comfortably lift and maneuver 50L kegs (approx. 130 lbs) for deliveries and events. You are also ambitious and will take on challenges!

Clean Driving Record: A valid driver’s license and a strong abstract are mandatory.

Schedule and Hours

40 Hours per Week: Fluid schedule to accommodate events, tastings, and meetings (including on some weekends). Typically Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM with some flex time allowed.

Compensation & Perks

Target Earnings: $60,000 – $72,000 On-Target Earnings

Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000

Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of your salary, based on highly attainable, changing monthly goals.

Time Off: Starting at 2 weeks of paid vacation per year.

Company Vehicle: A company vehicle is provided for business use.
