This is a full-time, in person on-site role for an Accountant/Bookkeeper. The Accountant/Bookkeeper must have experience with YARDI Breeze Software and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payables and receivables. Additional tasks include reconciling bank statements, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in YARDI Breeze software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an asset
• Experience in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements
• Proficiency in managing accounts payables and receivables and reconciling bank statements
• Ability to prepare budgets and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is beneficial
