What You Will Do
- Managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative needs of our business operations
- Assisting the Strategic Accounts team in all areas of business operations
- Analyzing and evaluating operational performance metrics and resources, as well as plotting metrics against the team’s operational plans and strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus
- Developing and maintaining standard reporting measures to facilitate reporting and analysis that will aid in the evaluation of operational initiatives and drive operational efficiency
- Recommending action plans based on the analysis of all sales operational reporting, with the goal of improving customer experience and operational efficiency
- Understanding and assessing the changing needs of the business, analyzing the impacts of change, and capturing requirements needed to initiate a change
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Communicating actionable, data-driven insights that improve decision-making capabilities
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring standard operating procedures to support strategic customer SLAs
- Identifying business areas that can be improved to increase profitability, efficiency and strengthen business processes and communicate findings to help implement change
What You Will Bring

- Experience in Wholesale Distribution as it relates to Plumbing, HVAC/R, Waterworks, Industrial would be an asset
- Must have strong business acumen
- Knowledge of AS400 system would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Visio would be an asset
Existing Vacancy
Base Compensation: $68,000
