What We’re Looking For

  • Valid ECE II classification in Manitoba
  • Current First Aid & CPR Level C
  • Clear Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check
  • Completion of Commit to Kids training (or willingness to complete)
  • Completion of Accessibility for Manitobans Act training (or willingness to complete)
  • Experience in inclusive, play-based learning environments
  • Respect and appreciation for Indigenous knowledge, languages, and cultural practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully as part of a diverse team
  • Experience working with children with supportive requirements is an asset
  • Ability to communicate effectively with adults and children in English; an Indigenous language is an asset
