What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other life sciences data into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine research and clinical decision support
- Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data — assessing accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality and regulatory alignment
- Translate complex data findings into clear, meaningful insights for both scientific and non-technical stakeholders
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong foundation in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you hold data and AI outputs to a high standard
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, or FDA guidelines for healthcare data
- Experience contributing to precision medicine initiatives, clinical trials, or genomic research programs
