As a Senior Software Developer in Test (SDET) at Exchange Solutions, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable, and defect-free solutions across our core platform and client-facing applications. Working within an agile team, you will help build scalable and reusable solutions aligned with our technology roadmap. You will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, while supporting the full QA lifecycle from test planning through defect resolution. This is a hands-on role focused on improving test coverage, strengthening automation, and ensuring consistent application of quality standards. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to validate requirements, enhance testability, and reduce risk. Agentic AI tools are a core part of how we work, and you will be expected to integrate AI-assisted workflows into your daily testing practice, from test generation and coverage analysis to automated validation and defect triage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes ownership of quality, and continuously looks for ways to improve testing practices and efficiency, including through AI-assisted approaches.
