Josh Jagermann and his team at The Agency Montreal are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Real Estate Operations & Transaction Coordinator to support a growing luxury real estate business serving clients across Montreal and the Laurentians.
Working directly alongside Josh Monday to Thursday and supporting another member of The Agency Montreal team on Fridays, this individual will help keep the business organized, efficient, and moving forward.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate listings and transactions from bringing properties to market through closing
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics
• Organize documents, systems, and administrative processes
• Coordinate with brokers, notaries, inspectors, photographers, contractors, accountants, and other professionals
• Manage CRM systems and follow-ups
• Assist with marketing, operations, and administrative tasks
• Provide executive and occasional personal support
Ideal Candidate
• Fully bilingual (French & English)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, reliable, and proactive
• Strong communication and follow-through skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience in real estate, administration, or transaction coordination is an asset
• Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity
Position Details
• Independent contractor position
• Approximately 38 hours per week
• Hybrid work environment (Westmount office + remote)
• Candidates may be based in Montreal or the Laurentians
• Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
