Entry Level - Warehouse and Customer Service

What we’re looking for

This is entry-level. We care more about attitude and coachability than a perfect resume.

You might be a fit if you are:

• Friendly, calm, and professional with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented (you like finishing things properly)
• Comfortable being on your feet and working hands-on
• Curious about construction, mechanical systems, or how products get specified and installed
• Willing to learn new tools (including AI) and double-check your work
• Experience in a warehouse, parts counter, wholesale, or customer service
• Familiarity with plumbing/heating/HVAC products – or willingness to learn
• Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified)
• Basic Excel / Microsoft 365 comfort

The Role

This is a hybrid customer service + warehouse position. You’ll help keep orders moving, customers supported, and our internal operations organized. You’ll work closely with our team and learn how products, projects, and relationships flow through the plumbing/heating/HVAC industry.

What you’ll do (you’ll be trained)

Customer Service / Inside Support

• Answer calls and emails from contractors, wholesalers, and manufacturers
• Help with order status, product questions, basic troubleshooting, and routing requests to the right person
• Create and update quotes, orders, and simple documentation
• Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved (closed-loop communication)

Warehouse / Operations

• Receive shipments, pick/pack orders, and keep inventory organized
• Maintain clean, safe, efficient warehouse space
• Coordinate deliveries and returns
• Support cycle counts and basic inventory tracking

AI-augmented learning (we’ll teach you this too)

• Use modern tools (including AI) to draft emails, summarize requests, and speed up routine admin work
• Learn the critical skill: verifying accuracy and applying real-world judgment (especially in technical industries)
