Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated leader to join our team as a Regional Manager, Business Analytics. This role provides leadership for analytics, reporting, and performance intelligence to support data-informed decision-making across Horizon Health Network. The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of analysts, advancing analytics capabilities, and delivering actionable insights that drive operational performance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement.

About Organizational Transformation at Horizon Health
The Organizational Transformation team plays a central role in advancing Horizon’s strategic priorities by enabling system-wide improvement, innovation, and performance. Working across portfolios, the team drives integration of data, digital, people, and process transformation to improve outcomes, efficiency, and service delivery.
Through strong partnerships, the Organizational Transformation team supports the organization in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and sustainable change.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
Certifications (Preferred):
Analytics or data-related certifications considered an asset
Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, or related roles, preferably in healthcare or a complex organizational environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring analytics teams.
- Proven experience translating data into actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Experience supporting transformation, performance improvement, or enterprise initiatives is considered an asset.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data management, and reporting systems.
What you will do
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analytics Leadership and Delivery
- Provide leadership and oversight to a regional team of business analysts and reporting specialists.
- Develop and implement analytics approaches that support organizational priorities.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and actionable analytics to support operational, strategic, and transformation decision-making.
- Establish standards and best practices for analytics, reporting, and data visualization aligned with enterprise direction.
2. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and service benchmarks.
- Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting tools.
- Partner with operational, quality, and transformation leaders to interpret trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend strategies.
- Support performance management processes aligned with organizational priorities and transformation initiatives.
3. Advanced Analytics and Insight Generation
- Translate complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and system outcomes.
- Identify patterns, trends, and drivers of performance to inform strategic planning and transformation priorities.
- Enable more advanced analytics approaches (e.g., predictive insights, scenario modeling) to support decision-making.
- Promote a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across teams.
4. Continuous Improvement and Transformation Enablement
- Partner with leaders to embed analytics into continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and performance improvement using data.
- Support the design and monitoring of improvement plans aligned with strategic and transformation goals.
- Contribute to Horizon’s broader transformation agenda by strengthening analytics and automation as a core organizational capability.
5. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
- Deliver clear, concise, and impactful presentations and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Facilitate engagement sessions to share insights, performance results, and transformation progress.
