Your Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor | Power Engineer 4, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facility infrastructure and building systems. Reporting within the Plant & Maintenance team, you will provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to maintenance staff while coordinating maintenance activities, scheduling work assignments, supporting employee development, and overseeing operational priorities.

In this hands-on role, you will operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on boilers, heating and cooling systems, emergency power equipment, and other critical building systems. You will monitor and adjust steam, hot water, HVAC, pneumatic, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and organizational standards. Drawing on your technical expertise across multiple trades disciplines, you will help maintain a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors while supporting the ongoing operation of essential facility services.

Position Information

This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday day shifts from 07:30 to 15:30. This position qualifies for:
