In this role, you will act as a data investigator, visualizer, and designer, helping to enhance the core experiences of our global player base.

What you'll do on our team

  • Conduct quantitative analysis and financial modelling to evaluate feature design opportunities, assess risks, and support strategic investment decisions in UT.
  • Collaborate with production teams to define telemetry requirements, ensuring robust data collection and validity.
  • Write and maintain complex SQL and scripting workflows to extract, transform, and validate large-scale telemetry datasets.
  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards that translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights for cross-functional partners.
  • Explore user behavioral patterns to identify opportunities for improving player experiences and to inform live content release strategies.
  • Present analytical findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders of all seniority levels to facilitate informed decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of technical experience in data analytics, with a focus on performing quantitative analysis with large datasets to guide decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract data from complex, multi-source systems.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, R) with experience writing scripts for data transformation and statistical analysis.
  • Passion for gaming or previous experience in the gaming industry is considered a plus.
