We're partnering with a well-established and growing project delivery organization in Victoria, BC to find an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex municipal, civic, and capital infrastructure projects across Vancouver Island and beyond.

This is a trusted advisor role. You'll work directly with municipalities, Crown corporations, educational institutions, and public agencies — leading projects from concept through construction while shaping delivery strategy, managing risk, and building long-term client relationships that matter.

The projects you'll lead include: Libraries, fire and police stations, recreation and community centres, student housing developments, academic facilities, and major public infrastructure initiatives. Work that gets used, valued, and talked about for decades.

What you bring

8+ years delivering municipal, civic, institutional, or major capital infrastructure projects

Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder capital projects end to end

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, and procurement

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field

PMP, P.Eng., or equivalent designation is an asset

The ability to build trust with senior public-sector decision-makers and lead through complexity

Location: Victoria, British Columbia. Travel to project sites across Vancouver Island and the province is part of the role.
