New Entry Representative

Maritime Thermal Solutions is seeking motivated and professional representatives to join our growing team. And in order to do this we are offering a $200 signing bonus! In this role, you will speak with homeowners about energy-efficient heat pump solutions and schedule free consultations with heat pump specialists.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, have great communication skills, and succeed in a team-oriented environment. Previous sales experience is not required, as training and ongoing support are provided.

What You'll Do

● Connect with prospective customers to discuss available energy-saving solutions

● Educate homeowners on the benefits of high-efficiency heat pumps, including lower energy costs and year-round comfort

● Schedule free, no-obligation heat pump consultations with qualified customers

● Track customer interactions using company systems and tools

● Represent Maritime Thermal Solutions in a professional and positive manner

What We Provide

● Weekly pay

● Compensation ranges from $750-$1,250 per week and consists of guaranteed daily pay plus performance-based commissions and incentives

Qualifications Required

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn

● Professional and dependable demeanor

● Legal authorization to work in Canada

Preferred

● Customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales background

● Reliable transportation

● Leadership or team-lead experience

Previous experience in similar roles is an asset but not required.
