Senior Account Manager / Account Manager – Bermuda

Our client, an established Bermuda-based technology solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join its growing team in Bermuda.

The Opportunity

This is a relationship-focused role responsible for managing and developing an established portfolio of commercial, government, and education clients, while identifying opportunities to expand technology solutions and managed services offerings.

The successful candidate will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
  • Conduct client meetings and assess business requirements
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution recommendations
  • Manage contract renewals and coordinate solution delivery
  • Maintain an active and disciplined sales pipeline

Working closely with an affiliated IT consultancy, you will also identify opportunities across:

  • Managed IT services
  • Cybersecurity solutions
  • Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Business continuity and technology consulting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or technology solutions sales
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Office technology / copier sales (Ricoh, Canon, Xerox, Konica, etc.)
  • Managed print services or document management
  • Managed IT services or related technology solutions
  • Post-secondary education and/or relevant sales or vendor certifications are considered an asset
