In the role of Coordinator: Events, help bring our fundraising events to life. This role is instrumental in the success of signature events like the Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run, helping raise vital funds that directly support animals in need across our community.

$25.98 - $31.63 hourly

  • This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
  • Evenings and weekends required on occasion.
  • Post-secondary school degree, diploma or certificate – event management or fundraising preferred
  • Minimum of two years’ experience working in event coordination, preferably in a not-for-profit environment
  • Experience working with, and managing, volunteers
  • Experience with CRM database, preferably Raiser’s Edge is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken English and professional working proficiency in written
  • English is required
  • Have and maintain a valid driver’s license
