Client Specialist and Buyer

As a Client Specialist & Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing inventory through buyouts and consignment appointments, providing exceptional client experiences, and helping drive sales both in-store and online.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, has strong attention to detail, and is excited to grow within a fast-paced luxury resale environment.

Key Responsibilities: Buying & Consignment

• Conduct buyout and consignment appointments
• Evaluate clothing, handbags, shoes, and accessories for brand, condition, and resale potential
• Build relationships with consignors and repeat clients
• Support inventory growth through client outreach and relationship building
• Research market values and pricing

Client Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional customer service on the sales floor
• Style clients and provide personalized recommendations
• Assist with achieving store sales goals
• Build long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and outreach
• Support private shopping appointments and special events

Inventory & Merchandising

• Process incoming inventory accurately and efficiently
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining luxury presentation standards
• Support inventory organization and quality control
• Ensure product displays remain fresh, organized, and visually appealing

Content & Brand Support

• Participate in social media content creation
• Feature new arrivals through stories, styling videos, and product showcases
• Assist with website uploads and product preparation when needed
• Represent the Emerson Park brand professionally both online and in-store

What We're Looking For

• Passion for fashion, luxury brands, and resale
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable appearing on social media and creating content
• Previous retail, styling, luxury, or resale experience is an asset
